MD (Medium Duty)
Column & booms with booms ranging from 1 meter up to 5 meters.The maximum height below the boom is 4 meters.
The operation is carried out with the user placed next to the welding head having direct visual contact with the welding – or at the base of the column.
TEHD (Telescopic Extra Heavy Duty)
The same solution as EHD, but the telescopic boom lets you reduce space behind the column & boom by 50%. A standard column & boom requires the same working space at the front as at the rear.The minimum boom movement is 4 meters, and the maximum is 15 meters.
HD (Heavy Duty)
Column & booms with booms ranging from 1 meter up to 6 meters.The maximum height below the boom is 7 meters.
We want to ensure the best working position for the operator. Therefore, the chair and controls are placed at the end of the boom or at the operator platform on the base of the column and booms with a camera and a monitor. This helps to ensure high welding quality.
Camera and monitor are also an option.
EHD (Extra Heavy Duty)
Column & booms with booms ranging from 4 meters up to 10 meters.The maximum height below the boom is 15 meters.
The increased reach means increased demands on both the column and the boom.
