Dorthe is an experienced business-oriented HR professional who ensures that business strategy is translated into measurable HR initiatives that promote and support growth, innovation, and customer focus.

Having worked with prestigious companies such as Vestas, LEGO, and Abena, Dorthe brings a wealth of experience and a comprehensive HR toolkit, which could lead to changing processes, managing integrations, and steering turnarounds. Before joining ENABL, Dorthe served as the HR Director Nordic at Bostik/LIP Bygningsartikler, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic vision.
