ENABL makes changes in management to scale business and accommodate growth

ENABL is experiencing strong demand for its wind energy engineering competencies and is looking into a market with strong global growth potential. To accommodate the demand and prepare the organization for future growth, the company is making some reorganizations in the upper-level management.

Today, 30 June 2022 we have chosen to end our cooperation with Thomas Hedegaard, CEO ENABL and Flemming Andersen, CFO ENABL

“Both have achieved numerous results and made many positive contributions during a period in which ENABL has undergone a merger and a transition from four companies into one. We want to thank Thomas and Flemming for their dedication and loyalty and wish them continued success in their future endeavors”, says Lars Jensen, CEO of Eltronic Group which owns ENABL.

Lars Jensen becomes interim CEO of ENABL

Lars Jensen will take on the role of interim CEO and assume full responsibility for the management during the transition period until a new CEO joins ENABL.

The future CEO of ENABL has been appointed and will fill the position in the autumn.

“Given the increased demand in the global market, we have decided that it is time to make some changes in the top-level management to accommodate the future growth. ENABL needs to develop along with the market, and we need to stay agile. Our main focus is to strengthen our customers’ competitiveness,” he says.

Focusing on creating innovative, technological solutions

With the organizational changes in the executive management, ENABL can extend and focus on creating innovative, technological solutions for the wind energy industry.

“We have already built a solid foundation. ENABL has a strong position in the market thanks to our highly skilled and specialized employees, a strong product portfolio, and unique insight into the sector. ENABL has the potential of becoming an even stronger global partner in the wind industry and we need to scale up, while we keep developing our effective, proven, and tested processes and solutions,” he concludes.
