Lars has a rich CV that includes APQP Certification, Prince2® Certification, and an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification as well as Lean Six Signa Black Belt training. He is dedicated to QHSE and continually seeks optimizations and quality improvements in his work.

On December 1, we celebrate Lars’ remarkable 10 years in ENABL, where he has consistently delivered value for our customers while continually enhancing his skills to meet their evolving needs.

With experience in Quality Management and Lean from roles at Vestas Control Systems, Danfoss, and Nissens, Lars transitioned to a consultant role in 2013. Today, he leverages his expertise at Vestas and other wind industry customers, taking roles as Project Manager, Lead Auditor, Quality Specialist, and Supplier Quality Specialist.

While Lars has a background in Mechanical Engineering, his true dedication lies in troubleshooting and using his extensive toolbox to develop and optimize quality in products and processes.

“I aim for continuous improvements, and APQP plays a crucial role in this endeavor. The benefits of testing, drawing insights from our findings, and continuously improving our products and processes before transitioning to series production cannot be emphasized enough,” Lars explains.

Lars is passionate about the wind industry and its mission to drive the green transition.
