The knowledge and technology group, Eltronic Group, presents their annual Sustainability Report 2023/2024. This year, Eltronic Group has set clear targets and achieved progress across its subsidiaries, demonstrating a unified commitment to innovation, responsibility and sustainability.
As part of the ESG strategy, Eltronic Group has set ambitious targets for reducing CO2e emissions from its own operations, diversity, safety, and employee well-being.

Over the past year, Eltronic Group’s workforce grew by 17%, reaching 1,825 employees. Moreover, Eltronic Group achieved a 79% employee satisfaction rate and increased the number of female managers by 21%, reflecting the Group’s focus on creating an inclusive and empowering workplace culture.

Our new CO2 calculator simplifies assessing the climate impact of raw materials, empowering engineering teams to choose eco-friendly options. We’ve also advanced initiatives in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), and Occupational Health & Safety.
