Recruiting Consultant Lone Danielsen has a background as Health & Nutrition Economist focusing on management and health guidance. At ENABL she doesn’t serve healthy food for her colleagues. Instead, she works hard to find the right candidates for the open positions.

After her graduation, Lone worked in a hospital in management and ended in an automation engineering company handling recruitments, organization development, and staff manuals. For several years, Lone’s attention has been on recruitment and in April 2020 she joined SONNE which was a part of the ENABL merger in 2021.

Here, she leads a small team having a strong focus on recruitment of Project Managers, Mechanical Engineers, PLC & Automation Engineers, High Voltage Engineers, Software Engineers, and Grid & Power Electric Engineers.

“I work with consultant vacancies and internal recruiting, where I enjoy finding the motivation of each candidate and match it to a role in ENABL whether it is as a consultant or an internal position. It is fantastic to meet so many different and exciting people,” Lone tells.

A strong can-do attitude among colleagues

ENABL has more than 600 employees and the collaboration with the colleagues is highly appreciated.

“Everyone is so positive and nice, and we are all on an exciting journey. When I meet my colleagues, it is always with a can-do attitude which is very encouraging and inspiring.  We have an enriching culture at ENABL where we listen to each other,” Lone explains.
