September 1st this year marks a significant milestone for Toke, as he celebrates 10 years with ENABL. Over the past 10 years, Toke’s professional performance has continually elevated ENABL to a higher level.
Toke’s journey with ENABL began when he joined AH Industries, a company later acquired by ENABL. Freshly out of school as a newly educated mechanical engineer, Toke initially took on documentation tasks. However, his dedication and talent were quickly recognized, and he received an offer to join ENABL’s service department, mainly handling mechanical engineering design tasks. A year later, Toke transitioned to the R&D department, where he continued evolving as a mechanical design engineer.
Toke worked as a mechanical design engineer for four years, then started his journey as a leader. Together with the supply chain director back then, Toke built up a dynamic strong team and established the PTA department, serving as a technical supporting function for many departments. Whether it’s the R&D department, in the workshop, the procurement department, or a sub-supplier, wherever there is a technical issue, the PTA team works as the “firefighter” to save the scene.
Having been involved in a lot of different areas, Toke is for sure a knowledge base at ENABL. Taking the first Janett Yoke as an example, Toke was not only involved in the engineering redesign process, visiting the steel suppliers but also involved in quality ensuring together with our quality department. Toke’s rich experience with ENABL equipment definitely made him a precious asset. If there is a “go-to person” regarding our products and equipment, it must be Toke.
When asked about his position nowadays, Toke says: “I’ve tried almost everything at ENABL, and now I’m working as a production engineering specialist, focusing more on a technical role rather than a leadership one,” “But if I see any exciting challenges in the field of engineering at ENABL, I will definitely give it a try.”
Toke also expresses his gratitude to ENABL and his passion for the wind industry. “We have a very professional team, and I have truly appreciated and enjoyed working with them over the years. We spare no effort to help each other and are eager to share our knowledge with both new and existing employees. I believe that teamwork is the key to success.
“The wind industry is just exciting for me. It’s very dynamic and challenging, there is always something new, so I never get bored. The fact that I’m co-responsible for safety and quality also motivates me a lot, since I have the great responsibility.” Toke tells with a proud smile.
At ENABL, we value and appreciate our employees. Toke’s journey at ENABL has been marked by dedication, growth, and countless contributions to our success. Please join us in celebrating Toke’s 10-year milestone with a warm and heartfelt celebration.
