Heungjin T&D CO. LTD. (HJTND), a Korean-based steel structures company, visited ENABL to enter a partnership agreement. Plans for 12 GW expansion and large projects in the pipeline in South Korea, powered by offshore floating wind farms within 2030, are of interest to both ENABL and HJTND.
OEMs and wind farm companies are making significant investments in South Korea. By entering the partnership, we are aligning with our ESG strategy and addressing our customers’ needs for large-scale local manufacturing. Thereby, supporting the market through a local partner.
HJTND brings +30 years of experience in heavy lifting, shipbuilding, and oil and gas industry into the partnership. Their primary locations are in South Korea.
HJTND’s projects are defined by cutting-edge technology, providing strong competencies in structural design, exceptional manufacturing, and test facilities for heavy lifting equipment.
