Hedensted, Denmark – On March 1, 2025, Eltronic Group marks its 25th anniversary – a milestone for the Group, which has evolved from a local engineering company with six employees to an international group with 7 subsidiaries, 1,800 employees, and a turnover that exceeded 2 billion DKK in the last fiscal year.
With a constant focus on innovation and a strong organizational culture, Eltronic Group has grown from a local company to a global technology partner. This development has been made possible by long-term partnerships, loyal customers, dedicated employees, and a clear strategy to lead in industrial innovation.
Over the past 25 years, Eltronic Group has built close and long-lasting relationships with customers across industries. The Group has collaborated with leading industrial companies and contributed to complex projects within green energy, life sciences, and manufacturing industries.

Since its establishment in 2000, Eltronic Group has been driven by an ambition to be at the forefront of industrial development. According to the group’s founder and owner, Lars Jensen, employees have been the crucial factor behind the company’s growth and success.
Over the years, many employees have become part of Eltronic Group. Several employees are celebrating 10, 15, and 20-year anniversaries, and two employees have been with the company from the very beginning and are marking their 25-year anniversary. “I am proud to see how we have created a workplace where employees thrive, are motivated, inspired, and, not least, develop alongside the company,” says Lars Jensen
Eltronic Group has been a family-owned business throughout the years, and Lars Jensen continues to lead the company as its founder and owner. At the end of 2024, he repurchased 48 percent of the shares from Blue Equity and now owns 90 percent of the group, while the remaining 10% is still owned by employees. Today, the next generation of the family is also an active part of the company. This ensures long-term ownership and maintains a value-based culture, where innovation, partnerships, and employee development are central.
