On April 1st, Brian Marcimak, Sales Director, reached a 10-year milestone at ENABL. With more than 20 years of experience in the wind industry, Brian is definitely a green professional and has consistently displayed a dedication to excellence.
Graduating from the Southern University of Denmark (SDU), Brian has a solid educational background in International Business & Marketing HD(A). He has then worked with lifting equipment since 1993 in different sales management positions for various leading companies in DK. During his career, Brian has lived in Latvia, Germany and Dubai hence having a rich international experience.
Brian first joined AH Industries Site Solutions as a Sales Manager in 2014, which in 2017 was acquired by the Eltronic Group. Since then Brian has been responsible for the global sales of Transport & Lifting Equipment.
According to Brian, his responsibilities entail a lot from visiting customers on a global scale, creating solutions in cooperation with customers, to participating in tests for lifting and transportation equipment on-site. He finds them all exciting.
“One thing I love the most about ENABL is that even though we are a global company and have grown from 130 to now 850 employees, you still have influence and are able to make personal decisions. Also, I really enjoy meeting our global customers who come from different sectors within the wind industry and getting to know their culture and most of all finding the right solutions for their challenges, and at ENABL I have this opportunity.
I’m very proud to be working at ENABL. ” Says Brian, “and to be able to work with passionate colleagues around the world and across divisions with the common goal in optimizing the workflow at our customers to reduce the overall cost for wind turbine installation gives me great pleasure.”
Brian looks very excited when talking about the wind industry.
“I’m passionate about the wind industry and being a part of the green transition. As the wind turbines of today continue to increase in size and scale, the demand for advanced equipment to support them also grows exponentially. This rapid expansion brings us challenges and opportunities, which leads to new adventures for us to meet the evolving needs of the wind industry daily.” Tells Brian, “I love my job at ENABL, and if one day the opportunity to be stationed abroad arises who knows what will happen, I always love the challenging and dynamic workflow at ENABL.”
Please join us in celebrating Brian’s significant milestone!
