On October 1, Henrik Vagtholm was able to celebrate his 10-year anniversary. He has spent his past ten years working within the wind industry at AH Industries, Eltronic Wind Solutions, and ultimately ENABL. We wish Henrik congratulations on his anniversary!

From sheet metal worker to Product Manager

Henrik is a trained sheet metal worker and was self-employed before he set foot in the wind industry. Henrik was occupied with large constructions and carried out a lot of work for AH Industries. The collaboration eventually resulted in permanent employment.

At AH Industries, Henrik had his first encounter with the wind industry. The employment with AH Industries also granted Henrik the opportunity to travel to, among other countries, China and Brazil – something he would eventually grow fond of.

In 2017, the AH Industries department in which Henrik was employed was acquired by Eltronic Wind Solutions. Here, Henrik was assigned the position as Technical Supervisor and became occupied with various products within lifting equipment.

Now, Henrik works as Product Manager on, among other things, the Tagline Master System – a solution for wind turbine installation which has increased greatly in demand within recent years.

A unique practical foundation

As Technical Supervisor, Henrik gained on-site experience with training of operators as well as with installation and service. The hands-on tasks allowed him to gain unique practical knowledge, which he utilizes today – for instance in relation to product development.

Henrik is keen on refining and further developing existing products, particularly in relation to design, production, and optimization of use. This mindset is of great advantage inhouse and to our customers.

Appreciation for customers and colleagues

As part of his work, Henrik supports the sales department with technical knowledge. He enjoys meeting customers and finding solutions to their specific challenges with regard to wind turbine installation. To Henrik, it is important to deliver great value to our customers and to ensure that they are presented with the exact solutions they need from the very beginning.

Henrik also highlights that he, throughout his career, has enjoyed experiencing an increase in colleagues. To Henrik, growing as a company means that new employees get to contribute with new ideas and perspectives.
