Transport Equipment
Enabling full control and safe handling of blades,
nacelles and towers from production to installation,
both onshore and offshore.
Efficient offshore blade transportation
By enabling safe transport and controlled handling of large wind turbine components, ENABL transport solutions support logistics from production to installation.
Our portfolio includes blade racks that increase transport capacity and tower damping systems that help stabilize towers during offshore installation operations.
Optimized capacity
Carries up to 15 blades
Designed to transport the world’s longest wind turbine blades, ENABL’s blade rack increases transport capacity from three to five turbine sets at a time.
This improves logistics efficiency by allowing more blades to be transported in a single operation.
The blade rack is built as a large steel structure measuring up to 26 meters in height, 36 meters in width, and 77 meters in length, with a total weight of more than 500 tons.
ENABL Blade Racks
Faster mounting
with new technology
A new and innovative mechanism enables faster and easier blade installation and removal.
The solution improves safety by reducing the need for lifting and eliminating the risk of accidents during handling.
The blade rack also features an integrated
service platform, which saves time during operation and maintenance.
Case
Transporting the World’s Largest Offshore Wind Turbine Blades
ENABL presents a state-of-the-art Blade Rack with storage
for 15 offshore blades of 117 meters in one rack.
Patented Tower Damper
By stabilizing the wind turbine towers during offshore installation, our patented Tower Damper equipment increases the installation windows – even in challenging weather conditions.
Building on the Tagline Master System techno-logy, the Tower Damper is secured around the tower using tensioned ropes, helping speed up installation time and to reduce movement
during installation operations.
